This Friday, November 4th, from 4pm to 7pm, our Night of Science will be held in the Aula and Auditorium of the GISW.
The evening will highlight the collaboration between our school and the Gymnasium Höchstadt, specifically the Phase 2 results of the “Makeathon” innovative science program (/makeathon/index-engl.htm) – including students’ inventions.
The Night of Science will also feature about 15 exhibits presenting the STEM program involving the entire school, preschool through the upper school. There will be a keynote address by the Director of the National Center for Medical Rehabilitation at the National Institutes of Health. We also will have a wildlife raptor expert accompanied by three live owls, the largest in our region, and many other exhibits prepared by our students to engage children and adults of all ages.
The 12th grade will provide food and drink through a fundraiser. Please bring cash.
